Treatment with Nighttime Aligners™ is a safe and effective path to a straighter smile. As with any aligner treatment plan, you should follow your prescription from your state-licensed dentist or orthodontist of 10 continuous hours of wear per night. While the average Nighttime Aligners™ treatment time may be longer than the average 22 hour wear aligner treatment time, this discreet and flexible alternative will safely achieve your desired results.

No. However, our Nighttime Aligners™ were the first on the market that could be safely worn for only 10 continuous hours per night. We introduced them knowing that many people would find it more convenient to straighten their teeth while they slept.

All our aligners are custom-made with Comfort Sense™​ technology to provide the best fit. Each treatment plan is overseen by a state-licensed dentist or orthodontist, who prescribes an individualized schedule for every Club member. Nighttime Aligners™ are worn at least 10 continuous hours per night. That’s compared to the 22 hours of daily wear time for SmileDirectClub aligners. The tradeoff is that Nighttime Aligners™ average treatment time is 10 months

You can keep track of your aligners by logging into your account on our website. Once at your dashboard, simply enter the date on which you start wearing your first set of aligners and we’ll send you reminders to change to the next set.

You can log in to see when you’re scheduled to change to your next set, which aligner you should be wearing, and how many days and aligners you have left in your treatment plan. If you ever get off course because of a vacation or forgetting to wear your aligners, you can always reset your dashboard by clicking the Get Back on Track button.

Protect your investment! We strongly recommend you safeguard your new smile with our custom-fit SmileDirectClub retainers. Without retainers, teeth have a tendency to shift back to their original positions. Keep them from moving back with our custom-fit retainers. One set costs $99 and is available to purchase toward the end of your treatment.
